At Eighty Eight Clothing Boutique, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we will do everything in our power to provide excellent customer service.
 

Exchanges

• Regular priced items can be exchanged for store credit only within 14 days of purchase.

• Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags attached, along with your receipt.

• All sale items are final sale — no exceptions.
   

Shipping Costs

• Shipping is a flat rate of $20 across Canada, with free shipping on orders over $175.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error was on our end.

• If you are exchanging an item for reasons other than damaged goods, the shipping costs will be covered by the customer
   

Damaged Items

• All items are inspected and shipped in pristine condition.

• If you believe you have received a damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

• Unfortunately, we cannot assist with damaged item claims made after this time frame.
