Refund Policy

At Eighty Eight Clothing Boutique, customer satisfaction is very important to us. While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to working with you to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Regular priced items may be exchanged for store credit only within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags attached, along with a valid receipt.

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned — no exceptions.
     

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error was on our end.

  • If you are exchanging an item for reasons other than damaged goods, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
     

Damaged Items

  • All items are inspected and shipped in pristine condition.

  • If you believe you have received a damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot assist with damaged item claims made after this time frame.
